Joint winners of the ‘Achievement in Sport Award’ winners for 2019 eventually receive their awards.
PE is hugely important for a Jubilee child. Our specialist teacher provides expert instruction in an exciting range of sports activities with careful progression in skills and complexity from nursery to year 6. As part of the basic curriculum offer children will develop their skills in tennis, football, tri-golf, orienteering, swimming, hockey, netball, gymnastics, rounders and more.
In addition to this there are a great many enrichment opportunities through clubs and interschool competitions. Cycle league, football clubs, fencing club and the summer triathlons are some popular ones.
Our Sports Week each year is always popular- all children have the opportunity to choose a new sport they have never done before. Past choices include kayaking, parkour, trampolining and BMXing to name just a few.
