The PTA isn’t just a small committee of people, it’s every mum, dad, carer, teacher, and member of staff who helps to fundraise for the school – whether you organise an event, bake cakes for a sale, donate to a uniform swap, or tidy up the hall after an event. It is our PTA.
We elect a new committee of Trustees/Committee members at our Annual General Meeting each year. The current Committee, elected in March 2023 are:

The minutes of the AGM are available here. We will be looking for nominations for committee positions in time for a meeting in March 2024
The Trustees meet twice a term for official charity business (you are welcome to attend these meetings) and people planning particular events will meet more frequently in the lead-up.
Do I have to join the Committee?
No. You don’t have to be a Trustee to get involved in any of our activities – just come along. There’s no commitment beyond doing what you feel you can do.
However, if you have an interest or experience that might help us run the charity well, please do consider becoming a Trustee.
The Chair, Treasurer and Secretary are official ‘roles’ and have set responsibilities to keep the charity operating legally. They can be shared between Trustees.
Other Trustees can take a lead on a Sub-Committee, like Gardening, Library or Preloved Uniform, or a particular event, or support others where needed.
