Children in Nursery and Reception have been learning about the Hindu festival of Diwali this week. There have been plenty of craft activities for the children to enjoy and help them to understand some of the ways that Diwali is celebrated. Children have been making lanterns, designing and colouring Rangoli patterns, and making candle diwas from salt dough. Here are some photos of children in the nursery creating their own little diwas.
