Norma Hewins has been in education for over 30 years, after qualifying in 1993 as a classteacher. She remained in the classroom for 15 years until she became a consultant for the London Borough of Hackney supporting school improvement, becoming the Head of Jubilee in 2013. Norma believes it ‘takes a village to raise a child’ and that is what we are at Jubilee.
