Key Stage 1 Mosaic workshops

This week all classes in Key Stage 1 were treated to a very special mosaic workshop. Children from Year 2 had the opportunity to draw exotic mini beasts from observation and then used paper squares to create a mosaic design of their chosen insect.

Year 1 also had their own mosaic workshops focusing on flowers.

This is the exciting first phase of involving the children in creating a brand new piece of art work on the wall in the area by the Cazenove Road gate. Watch this space over the coming months!
